Dr Zoe Wyatt is an Australian registered (AASW) Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years in the psychological wellbeing space, working with Fortune 500 and organisations across the globe. Zoe spent five years in Southeast Asia, providing trauma therapy in Thailand and conducting her Doctorate research in Cambodia, focusing on trauma and resilience. Zoe has published papers in various academic journals in her areas of expertise, sharing her research insights and presenting at international
conferences. She employs a trauma- informed approach in her clinical work with both individuals and leadership teams, with a particular emphasis on organisational wellbeing. Zoe continues to draw upon her vast experiences and research to make a meaningful impact on the global mental health landscape.

Vincent Potage is a strategic communicator, with over a decade in leadership roles, driving growth and engagement in teams. He leverages his international experience to craft impactful narratives and strategic communications. Holding an MBA and licensed with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in the UK, Vincent excels in creating integrated campaigns and fostering media relationships that elevate brand presence. Fluent in both English and French, Vincent has worked remotely with brands and agencies across Europe and Africa. In addition to his extensive experience in crisis communications, his strategic vision, data-driven decision-making and creative approach, including leveraging AI tools, enhance team dynamics and customer engagement.
